RESEARCH

We experimentally study the unusual quantum phenomena of "superconductivity" and "charge ordered state" in strongly correlated materials, by using "microwave" technique.

The followings are our current issues;

  1. Study of Macroscopic Quantum Tunneling (MQT) in Intrinsic Josephson Junctions (IJJs) of High-Tc Cuprate Superconductors
    Publication on this issue

    A stack of IJJs in BSCCO syngle crystal

    I-V characteristics of IJJs in BSCCO

  2. Study of complex microwave conductivity using various microwave resonators
    Publication on this issue

    Cylindrical cavity resonator

    Spatial distribution of microwave
    magnetic field of TE011 mode

    Spatial distribution of microwave
    electric field of TE011 mode
